Peach Aviation optimizes airport and obstacle data management with OBST

Peach Aviation worked with NABLA Mobility to improve how airport and obstacle data are managed and assessed within flight operations. The initiative focuses on simplifying NOTAM assessment and optimizing the data used for takeoff and landing calculations.

Previously, monitoring and evaluating obstacle information required manual plotting of coordinates, distance measurements, and spreadsheet based database management by Operations Control Center and flight operations engineers. As operations expanded, the growing volume of data increased workload and made the process more time consuming.

Together with NABLA Mobility, Peach Aviation developed a semi automated system that reads NOTAM information, visualizes obstacles on a map, and helps teams manage airport and obstacle data within a single environment.

The result is more efficient data management, reduced manual workload, and improved availability of obstacle information used in operational decision making.
