Series A fundraising / Selected for NEDO’s GX Program

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku Tokyo; CEO: Shinji Tanaka; hereinafter “NABLA Mobility” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the successfulcompletion of its Series A funding round, raising approximately JPY 400 million (USD 2.8 million) through a third-party allocation of new shares. In addition, NABLA Mobility has been selected for the STS (Seed-stage Technology-based Startups) phase of the Deep-Tech Startups Support Program in the Green Transformation field (“GX Project”) led by New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization ( “NEDO”). As part of this program, the Company is eligible to receive a grant of up to 400 million yen from NEDO.
